This place is a great example of how service employees can ruin an otherwise okay experience. We stayed here using day use and booked a time slot from 8 am to 3 pm which was an option that the system let us book so I assumed it should work. We then had to call when we arrived at the airport to organize the airport shuttle. In total three times, which cost us money each time (we do not have a US phone number). Two times to request the shuttle and one time where the employee did not pick up. We were there early and let the receptionist know we are already here, he told us to wait until our slot (totally fine) and said we can have the room at 8. Now when it was 8 he was replaced by another colleague whom we approached again a couple minutes after 8. We were really tired and exhausted from the flight and the only reason we booked the hotel was to get some rest. Well, the receptionist started by being SO RUDE. Honestly, she was incredibly rude without having any reason. We approached her very friendly. She then continued to complain about the system and that the rooms will never be ready at 8am, because the cleaning team just starts at 8am. Well, then the hotel should not accept those bookings. We specifically chose this hotel because it should have been available at 8 instead of 9 compared to other hotels. The room was then ready about 8.40 and we still had to pay the full price (her comment "well it is how it is). The check in procedure was the opposite of smooth. Apparently the reservation was not in the system. Even when I showed her my confirmation she was not able to find it nor to understand my name. I guess I repeated it like 5 times and even wrote it down. She seemed really incompetent. Every aspect of my name and address had to be shown and repeated and written down multiple times. She could not believe my address did not follow the same logic as an US address. Excuse me for thinking employees at an airport hotel (!) can actually accept the fact that other countries have different addresses. All in all the whole process and especially the interaction with the second receptionist was very unfriendly, very rude, really inefficient and just awful. The room itself was okay. Nice big comfy bed and hot shower, but the AC could not be turned off so it was quite cold and loud. I would never recommend this hotel and believe you can find similar hotels that employ competent and friendly staff.

The only reason I came here is beacuse my flight got cancelled and the hotel is good it’s not the best and not the worst but if your old this a good hotel beacuse I mostly see seniors here and it not that far away form the airport just get on the shuttle and your got ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️4 stars

Air conditioning looks old in the room, we were not able to roll down the shade to block the noise, airplanes fly by all the time with loud noises. Some area remodel with new carpet, still had paint and new rug smell. Front desk wasn’t very friendly. But excellent airport shuttle service with smile driver.

Be aware!! Not in the safest part of town! Drove to Houston for a 101 year old Birthday party and left with not catalytic converter! There is no security in the parking lot... and we paid for 2 nights 3 rooms! Plus, we used the facilities to host the events! Never again!! We also had another member whose car was broken into...

This was our first stay at this property and we did not like it. - Room had smelly odor when we entered. - Carpets are moist and I hated walking on it. Felt like I was walking on mold.... yuck! - Soap dispenser was empty, so showered with very little soap. - Hotel charged $5 for small toothpaste and $5 for brush. They nickle and dime for everything, basically taking advantage of stranded passengers. - No complimentary breakfast and Staff spoke broken English. - Granola bar costed me $4!!!!! I will avoid this property in the future and might go 5 minutes further out for better property, service and price.
